Traditional Skills Summer Series - Mending Clothes (Ages 13+)

Mending your clothes is one of the best ways to save money, be creative, and prolong the life of your clothes. Join us for a hands-on workshop on visible  mending, led by textile artist Meghan of Rosemarine Textiles, where we’ll learn the basics of darning a sock, mending jeans or clothing, and sewing a  button. Each registration includes a mending kit with hand sewing needles, buttons, tiny scissors, fabric for patching, embroidery floss, and a mending instructional zine, which you can take home to continue your mending journey. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other makers and get creative!
