The Shelby Township Senior Center has a wide variety of activities for adults age 50 and older in order to help keep our residents mentally, physically and socially healthy.

You must register as a member of the Shelby Township Senior Center every year to participate in our events and activities. The cost is $5 for residents of Shelby Township and Utica or $10 for non-residents. Membership is required for all programs.

Our services include transportation, a free community loan closet for medical equipment, mental stimulation with puzzles and brain teasers, physical activity and organizations to promote socialization. All of these serve to benefit the lives of our residents.

Turkeys and Touchdowns Luncheon

Turkeys and Touchdowns Luncheon
11 AM | THU, NOV. 13| $15
DOORS OPEN AT 10:30 AM
It’s time to put on your Lions attire and join us for a delicious Thanksgiving lunch! We are excited to welcome a speaker from the Detroit Histroical Society to talk to us about the history of the Detroit Lions. The story of the Lions catching on in Detroit doubles as the story of professional football finding its place in American popular culture. We’ll enjoy a traditional turkey lunch. Thank you to our sponsors, Oakmont and Home Helpers.
