DESCRIPTION:Quilts of Valor Foundation is a nationwide organization that has a primary purpose of being able to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing quilts of valor. The local chapter of the Quilts of Valor Foundation will begin meeting at the Senior Center on the 3rd Friday of each month in May. The Sew Happy Scrappers group serves Southeast Michigan and has been in existence for 7 years.
